Private Yoga

Experience a combination of Thai Yoga techniques, traditional and modern yoga, integrative movement practices and classical meditation instruction. Private sessions can be beneficial for all types of yoga practitioners, including:

Beginners who want to learn correct postures without feeling nervous or competitive in a group setting.

Those seeking a personalized practice. We will work on specific goals such as: strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and how to modify postures to get out of pain or discomfort. Develop an understanding of the "why, what, and how" of yoga postures specific to your body and goals.

Those interested in the mental, emotional, and energetic benefits of yoga, movement, and meditation and how it all works together. Strengthen your sense of calm and understanding. Decrease worry and anxiety. Increase your mental focus and develop meditation practices you can repeat at home.

Why Private Yoga?

    Developing a relationship with a teacher can create a solid foundation for your practice or give new life to a practice that feels stalled. Getting personalized guidance and instruction is important. One size doesn’t and shouldn’t fit all.

    Private yoga sessions give you the opportunity to ask questions and get feedback. By working with a skilled teacher you can strengthen your connection to your own inner wisdom and understanding.

    In group classes practices are taught in a way that is generally helpful to most students. In private yoga sessions we can fine tune the practices to serve your practice and circumstances.


All sessions are 75 minutes and the investment per session is $120. A series of 5 sessions is $475.
